PANNA AND POMODORO S.L. has selected Quality as a strategic factor, applicable throughout its scope
organizational, to strengthen its competitive position by ensuring customer satisfaction, continually evaluating
and improving processes in relation to the quality of their products.

The commitment that PANNA Y POMODORO S.L. contracts with society is based on the principles of Quality,
Safety, Responsibility, Transparency and Sustainability of the products it sells. To get this
priority objective is supported by:

1) Assume the need for continuous improvement in the quality and safety of our products, to
our processes and our working conditions, we achieve this with a job well done and
ensuring that no task is carried out without proper safety and hygiene measures.

to all affected personnel. To do this, we develop external and internal communication procedures
that guarantee the maximum level of effectiveness in communications.

way that they are the Quality, Productivity and Profitability of the activities.

your suggestions and proposals for improvement. We ensure that all our staff are given a high level of
training in Food Safety and Security, thus creating an authentic Culture of
Food safety

5) Plan and systematize quality through the implementation of the IFS Food PANNA Y standards
POMODORO S.L. adopts a commitment to comply with food safety requirements
applicable, including legal and regulatory requirements and mutually agreed requirements with
customers related to food safety.

6) Develop continuous improvement of our Food Safety Management System, processes
and products, innovating, adapting and promoting safe work methods at PANNA Y
POMODORO S.L.

7) Design, develop and implement a security system in our facilities that prevents
intentional contamination of manufactured products (Food Defense) to comply with the
acquired commitment to the safety of our products.

8) We are committed to knowing and increasing the satisfaction of our customers. The full satisfaction of
the needs of our clients, with quality, competitive and effective products.

9) We are committed to developing sustainable practices, meeting the needs of
current generations without compromising the needs of future generations, guaranteeing a

The Management of PANNA Y POMODORO S.L. assumes the responsibility of constantly ensuring that said
