Panna Pomodoro Garlic Bread is the perfect accompaniment to your favorite foods. With a traditional and carefully prepared recipe, our bread is fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Each slice is infused with a special blend of fresh garlic and select spices, to bring you a unique and delicious flavor.
Garlic bread is usually at the beginning of lunches in restaurants throughout Spain. We have been encouraged to try our own recipe to now bring it to the table of homes.
Our Garlic Bread is as versatile as it is delicious. You can enjoy it as an appetizer, combine it with your favorite pasta dishes, or make it part of your sandwich recipes. Also, being refrigerated, it preserves its freshness and flavor for longer, ready to satisfy your cravings at any time.
As is customary in our recipes, we look for a balance of simple but essential ingredients in the kitchen such as water, flour, salt, olive oil, garlic and parsley.
The dough ferments for approximately 48 hours, combined with the process completely by hand.
Thanks to manual kneading and our refractory stone oven, we obtain a spongy and delicious dough, whose characteristic aroma and texture are guaranteed from the moment you open the container until you put it in your mouth.
How to use:
1.Preheat the oven, the upper part and the lower part, to 250°C (with ventilation).
2. Place the garlic bread on the rack and place it in the center of the oven.
3. Bake it for 4-5 minutes (depending on preference) until the bread is golden brown.
4. For more even regeneration, turn the garlic bread about 180º halfway through cooking.
